- Your user account is personal and you may not disclose your password to anyone else. If you lose your login information and are unable to retrieve a new password using the build in recovery functions, the user account and related data is lost.
- DonutGames reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any user account with or without notice at any time, as a result of a violation to any of our terms or other reason the DonutGames staff finds appropriate in their sole discretion. In the event of an account termination, any content or information associated with the account will be lost.
- DonutGames reserves the right to terminate user accounts and groups that have been inactive for 3 months or more.
- Data relating to terminated user accounts may still be present and used in internal logs and databases.
- Donut Coins and other purcashes on this site are non-refundable.
